Frequently Asked Questions
About the Concerts
Do only classical concerts qualify? How about other genres?
Classical concerts count, and so do film music concerts, musicals and other performances in a classical setup.
Does the concert have to be organised by Concerts for All?
Our concerts definitely count, but we encourage you to explore others, too. Even small ones, like school concerts, qualify for the Challenge.
What if I'm a performer in that concert? Will it still count?
Yes, if you also listened to the rest of the performances. Remember to still keep a ticket or proof of attendance.
Getting Your Challenge Card
How do I get a Challenge Card?
You can acquire a physical Challenge Card at any of our Community Concerts or partners, for free or any donation amount. Alternatively, you can download a printable version from our website right away.
What if I lose my card?
Don't worry! You can get another one. You can still participate in the Concert Challenge without a card, but having one makes the experience more fun. Just make sure to use the same email address when submitting your tickets so we can keep track.
Is there a cost for the Challenge Card?
You may get them for free or any donation amount.
Submitting Tickets
How do I submit my tickets?
After attending 5 concerts, take photos of your tickets and completed Challenge Card section. Submit these through our website's "Submit Tickets" page. Our team will verify your attendance and be in touch.
Do I need to submit all tickets at once?
Yes, please submit tickets in batches of 5 to reach each milestone (5, 10, or 15 concerts).
Certificates and Recognition
How will I receive my certificate/rewards?
We offer 3 options for your convenience:
• Your certificate/reward will be presented at the conclusion of one of our Community Concerts in front of the audience
• Claim your rewards from our partners
• We can post your reward to you (only cover the postage fee)
Do I need to purchase a ticket to the community concert where I will receive my certificate and prize?
Yes, tickets are for a $10 donation for all attendees. All proceeds go directly towards supporting our initiatives.
Is there a time limit to complete the Challenge?
Aim for 15 concerts within 12 months from your first concert date. Example: If your first concert was on 15 May 2025, your Challenge will end on 15 May 2026.
