Allen Lu

Allen is a full music scholar from Sydney Grammar School. He has been appointed as new concert master of Sydney Grammar School Seymour Orchestra and Sheldon Strings. He has performed as a soloist in John Vallance Hall for Music scholars Concerts and lunch time Concerts frequently. Allen was studying violin in Sydney Conservatorium Rising Stars Premier Program with Victor Cromack& Melba Harris Cromack Memorial Scholarship. Allen has won top prizes in Sydney Eisteddfod Violin Solo from 10 years old to 15 years old categories , semi finalists of Kendall National Violin Competition in 2024, 1st Prize of Brisbane International Youth Classical Music Festival in 2024. Early accept of Heifetz International Music Institute in 2023 with scholarship.

Allen has performed in Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, Sydney Town Hall as a soloist for 2022-2023 NSW Festival of Music. He has performed Brahms Violin Concerto all 3 movements in St Ives Uniting Church at age of 12, Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto at age of 11. Allen has been invited to perform Brahms Violin Concerto in NIDA Parade Theater at school talent show, Awarded Arts Award by principal at his year 6 graduation ceremony in 2023.
