Allen Wang

Allen is 11 years old, he started his violin journey with Professor Shixiang Zhang when he was 7. He is currently studying with Professor Ole Bohn of Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

Allen won multiple gold awards in various competitions such as Zhang Shixiang Violin Competition, Ryde Eisteddfod and St George Eisteddfod, he also won first place of BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH MUSIC COMPETITION and SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION.

Allen is awarded Victor Cromack and Melba Harris Cromack Memorial scholarship for 2025 offered by Rising Star Program of Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

Allen loves classic music and would love to share his passion with more people on the street, with this goal, he regularly busk in Chatswood and Sydney city area.

He also designed Lego violin and started up his own venture (Funkidviolin.com), the mission of this startup is to have more kids love the instrument and love music.
