Oliver Sun

Oliver Sun is a talented 12-year-old pianist who began learning piano at the age of six. His passion for music quickly became clear, and he now studies in the Rising Star Program at the Conservatorium of Sydney.
In 2024, Oliver achieved a High Distinction in the AMEB Certificate of Performance (CMus) exam. He has also won several awards, including first place in multiple sections at the Hawkesbury City and Penrith City Eisteddfods, and a Highly Commended in the Sydney Eisteddfod for his Chopin performance.
Alongside piano, Oliver plays the trombone in school bands and completed AMEB Grade 6 Trombone in 2024. He enjoys both solo and group music-making and continues to grow as a young and versatile musician.
