Sarah Lin

Sarah Lin is a Sydney-based 15 year-old with an exceptional passion for piano and she has built an outstanding record of achievements across Australia and internationally. Her accolades include Gold Award at the 12th Macau International Art Open Competition (Youth A Class), First Places at the St George Eisteddfod Open 13–16 Years (2024 & 2025), and First Prize at the Charleston International Music Competition in both Romantic and 19th Century categories. She also achieved LMusA with Distinction in 2025. Sarah is currently studying with Mr Scott Lam. In the past she has participated in masterclasses with distinguished artists including Dr Marija Bajalica, Prof. Jianing Kong (Royal College of Music), Prof. Ho-Yeol Lim (Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media), and Prof. Inge Rosar (University of Music Saar). Sarah thoroughly enjoys exploring the contextual aspect of every piece she encounters, and looks forward to sharing her music and insights with the audience.
