19th & 20th Community Concerts: A Growing Community of Young Maestros

We are immensely proud of our growing community and deeply grateful for the support of the Young Maestros Community Concert series, which recently crossed a major milestone: 20 concerts since our launch in May 2024!

These regular concerts are the core of our mission to develop Sydney’s future classical musicians and audiences, providing accessible and high-quality performance opportunities for young talent.

The 19th Concert: An Evening of Classical Masterpieces

Our 19th Young Maestros Community Concert was held on Thursday, 18 September 2025, at the Australian Piano Warehouse in North Willoughby.

This evening event featured outstanding young musicians, aged 6–16, performing an engaging program on a variety of instruments, including piano, violin, cello, and harp. The concert showcased diverse repertoire and styles, featuring classical works from Dvorák, Piazzolla, Arensky, Mozart, Debussy and Saint-Saens. As always, the audience was able to participate in music trivia to start the night and engage in hands-on instrument exploration afterwards, turning a performance into an interactive experience.

The concert series continued with the 20th Young Maestros Community Concert on Saturday, 15 November 2025, held at the Master Music Studio in Glebe.

The program maintained its family-friendly structure, featuring exceptional young musicians performing classical masterpieces on a range of instruments. The atmosphere, complete with music trivia and instrument exploration, ensured that all families, even those just beginning their concert journey, felt welcome and engaged.

Thank You to Our Community

Concerts for All extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the dedicated Young Maestros who performed in both the 19th and 20th concerts. Your hard work and commitment are what make this series possible.

We also thank the families and community members who continue to attend these events. Your ongoing support helps us bridge the gap in music education, focusing on listening and appreciation, and encourages more people to engage with classical music.

We look forward to seeing you all soon as we continue and expand our concert series in 2026!
